Jim Gonzalez - Founder and CEO of SEOTOPFUEL, LLC



My name is Jim Gonzalez, Founder and CEO of SEOTOPFUEL, LLC and its subsidiaries namely, Smart Internet Advertising Company and other internet ventures. Advertising and Marketing along with sales has always been my passion and career objective from a very early age as a child. I always knew I wanted a career in business, and to be more specific, a desire to serve the business community as a whole. From this desire, I sought to pursue achieving greater knowledge and awareness of this industry, after serving as an Advertising Executive for many advertising and marketing firms throughout Southern California. My early career also included work in Print, and in Broadcast Radio and Television. However, the ever present issue in the forefront of each career path I was involved in was being in front of the right customer at the precise time of interest. Subsequently, I stumbled upon the pulse of Online Advertising and Marketing. I knew right from the very start Internet Advertising was where the future of all advertising was headed, and being there first was and is everything. Someone once said, “True Knowledge is the personal application of Wisdom”.  Hence, with all of my sales, in both the advertising and marketing arena, for me the choice was very simple, namely to pursue the course which was laid before me working for an SEO Advertising Company. Online Advertising only made sense to me, as it allows the customers to do the searching and be presented with the solution they were looking for search engine results, and being on the first page. Many years later it still makes perfect sense; proactive advertising and marketing versus reactive advertising and marketing. The golden dilemma had been solved, being in front of the right customers at the precise time they want to learn more, inquire more, and ready to make a purchase. Arriving at the perfect destination with the arsenal of wisdom and knowledge, within me grew a deepened understanding of why, who, what, and how an online advertising company could thrive in this unprecedented arena to serve as a liaison for businesses desiring increased business returns from investment (R.O.I.). Learning all I could on the subject of online advertising companies, SEO Advertising companies, and Social Media Management Optimization companies. Proceeding forward by applying beta test after beta test to come up with proven organic SEO methodologies that withstood the growing changes of search engine algorithms, was for me the key to serving clients with certainty of Smart Internet Advertising Methods. It’s as though everything in my life, my occupations, and all of my personal experiences, led me to this point of being prepared for the opportunity and journey of my professional career. I worked for several SEO Companies and Online Advertising Companies, in the capacity of Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and later as Sales Manager, Vice President of Sales, Vice President, and finally as a President for a prestigious online marketing firm. 

Advertising and Marketing is a simple suggestion of persuasive ideas and concepts all put into one tiny box, and delivered at the perfect time for the consumer.  As close as we can get to the point of sale, allows for the cycle of commerce to commence through engagement of our creative advertisement or marketing messages.  The key here is to implement a strategy of known advertising methodologies which have all been proven, no longer just theory, and thereby, effective knowledge in motion in terms of Advertising and Marketing. Albeit online advertising or offline advertising, the message is always clear. When you’ve landed on the doorstep of an interested consumer who is looking for your services or products, your message needs to address those interests concisely and effectively. However, the constant obstacles one must always handle are “Why you?”, “Why your company?”, and “Why not someone else?” To address these important questions we must understand our strengths and recognize them as advantages of product development, competitive pricing, and finally the company itself. The company must be well branded, especially on the internet, as nowadays more and more consumers are going online to research a company and its clients. So it makes perfect sense for a company to be well branded, for when the interested consumer searches and researches your company for any information they can gather to make a well informed business decision based on consumer intelligence gathering and your company’s brand name development.


While working for the various advertising firms throughout my years in the industry, I realized there was always a void of service missing, often resulting from the companies methodologies, which did not coincide with the client’s expectations or because the lack of transparency or reporting of work that was often kept secret. While I understand about trade secrets, I also believe clients deserve to know what they’re paying for and until the desired goal has been realized, they need to be kept informed in terms of what is being done to ensure those goals become a reality.
  
Somewhere in 2010, as I began to ponder more and more this void in the industry, I realized that I didn’t want to just perform as just another Internet Advertising Company or even as a internet advertising expert consultant, but rather, I wanted to strategize with my clients by taking into account their business objectives, along with our proven internet advertising methodologies and form a bridge to close the gap of uncertainty, bring a unity of minds to one understanding, that being able to conduct Smart Internet Advertising Methods was to enable the best possible results for our soon to be clients. This is not an easy task, it takes great work, and sure a degree of trust to understand we are all working in unison with one another to make all of your advertising dollars working with professional advertising synergy. I wanted to end the battle of paid search results versus organic search results and consider them both as invaluable to online advertising companies. Armed with this understanding, I developed what I consider to be the “7 Highly Effective Steps to Smart Internet Advertising”.  In due time, a book will be released explaining in detail these very important steps of Smart Internet Advertising Methods. Thus, the arrival and birth of, Smart Internet Advertising Methods were put into action.  Shortly thereafter, I formed SEOTOPFUEL, LLC, an Internet Advertising Company that embraces Smart Internet Advertising Methods, and whose three- fold mission is to Increase Brand Awareness, Increase Product Recognition, and Increase Client Acquisition.
 

Seeing as I just spoke about transparency in the paragraph above let me share with you who I am, and what I believe to be effective in this industry. 
 
I am the youngest of 9 children, born and raised in Fresno, CA where I remained from 1965 until 1982. My greatest asset to my knowledge and wisdom in online Advertising is my clear understanding of the True Gospel of Jesus Christ. I’m a *Mormon, was raised as a *Mormon, and while at times I wish I could admit I was always following the principals of the *Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, there are I’m sure many out in the world who would speak opposing to this. However, that’s a completely different blog altogether. Nonetheless, I found it important in order to know me better, that you fully know what I believe as a person and as a person in business who believes in God. I was raised by my father until I was 17, and later moved to Ventura County to live with my mother. I was married at an early age and with that came a huge motivation to learn sales and make money from it to provide for my three children at the time Michael, Trent, and Wesley.  All of my sons are now above 21 and living their own lives, but during those young years of my life they were my inspiration and reasoning to do the best I could possible achieve in business. I was always thirsty for knowledge in sales, advertising, and marketing. No matter where I worked I would always rise to the top as a top producer rising head and shoulders above the rest. The simple understanding I learned was those who were hungry for business were the ones who made sacrifices to improve their career. I was indeed one of those who would seek out the best in the office and learn everything I could from him or her, and implemented my own strategies perfected with my own personality and characteristics.

I currently reside in Camarillo, CA and live with my beautiful wife, who I might add is also my business partner. Her name is Lori Michelle Gonzalez formerly (De Hart) of Westlake Village, CA. She too is a Convert to the *Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Lori was raised and grew up attending Agoura High and later went on to receive her undergraduate in Psychology from Oral Roberts University, then going on to earn her Law Degree from Tulsa University College of Law. She spent over 20+ years in the bankcard industry working with Merchant Services and Compliance for Visa and MasterCard. We have a wonderful daughter named Jordan who was recently married to a wonderful husband, Josh.
